There is something timeless about a dovetail log cabin. The clean lines, the solid corners, and the warm feel of natural wood create a home that feels both classic and modern. At Cascade Handcrafted, we build dovetail cabins using milled square poles, and the result is a structure that is strong, beautiful, and made to last for generations.
Two woods help create that feeling: old‑growth Yellow Cedar and Western Red Cedar. Both are beautiful and long‑lasting, but each one has its own scent, color, and character. These differences shape how we use them in our handcrafted homes.
If you’re considering getting your own custom log cabin built, you’re at the best place! Cascade Handcrafted Log & Timber Frame Homes gives you the option to choose a stock plan and customize it to your requirements, or design your own and have those plans professionally developed.
Small log cabins are the embodiment of an escape paradise and are gaining more and more recognition. Although they are small and cozy, they sure can be comfortable, and meet all of your requirements as a vacation home or guest house.
